Automotive Technology
Automotive Technology programs teach students basic through advanced Automotive Technology. The students at the Saint Paul High School Automotive Center located at Monroe Community School have an opportunity to become ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certified through the nationally certified program. The Automotive Center teaches the industry standard curriculum provided by AYES (Automotive Youth Educational Systems). Also, starting in the summer of 2005, students can participate in an apprenticeship at a local dealership or independent service station. Students in all automotive programs may earn up to eight Tech Prep college credits at the Saint Paul College.
